3. What are cookies and similar technologies?

  1. Cookies are small files saved on your device by our website (first-party cookies) or by third parties (third-party cookies).

  2. A pixel is a piece of code that allows for the measurement of events (e.g. adding to cart) and remarketing activities.

  3. Local/session storage and SDK work similarly to cookies (they store identifiers/settings in the browser/application).

  • Necessary – ensuring the operation of the website, security, maintaining the session/basket, privacy configuration (CMP).

  • Functional – remembering settings (e.g. language, preferences).

  • Analytical – usage statistics, ergonomics, performance.

  • Marketing – content personalization, remarketing, advertising effectiveness measurement, social media integration.

5. Legal basis

  1. Necessary cookies – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (our legitimate interest: ensuring the functionality and security of the Store).

6. Data scope and profiling

Below, we list the main tools and their purposes. Some entities act as separate controllers (for their own purposes), and some act as processors on our instructions.

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) – statistics, traffic analysis (analytics). IP in GA4 is anonymized by default; data may be aggregated.

  • Google Ads – conversion measurement and remarketing (marketing).

  • Google Tag Manager – tag management (GTM itself does not generally set cookies; tags loaded by GTM may do so).

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland) – remarketing and event measurement (marketing).

  • Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads (Microsoft Ireland/Corp.) – conversions and remarketing (marketing).

  • Microsoft Clarity – click maps, session recordings for UX purposes (analytical).

  • Pinterest Tag (Pinterest Europe Ltd.) – conversion measurement/remarketing (marketing).

  • YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) – playback of embedded videos (functional/marketing; “privacy-enhanced” mode recommended).

  • TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Ltd.) – remarketing and measurement (marketing).

  • GetResponse SA – e-mail marketing/newsletter (functional/analytical communications).

  • ManyChat Inc. – messaging automation (functional).

  • Varify Software GmbH – conversion testing/analysis (analytical).

  • UseSublime (Marketing Engineers Group sp. z o. o.) – UX/A/B analytics (analytical).

If the tool provider is based outside the EEA or uses infrastructure in third countries, the data transfer will take place in accordance with the GDPR – in particular on the basis of an adequacy decision and/or standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and, where necessary, additional measures . 11. Plugins and content from social media

  1. Our website may contain plugins/frames (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Once activated (or if you consent to them in the CMP), your browser connects directly to the provider's server.
